"Ray of sunshine farms makes the best goat cheese I have ever had! It's nothing like the store bought sour stuff. It's creamy and smooth & nearly impossible to stop eating. I cannot bring the farm's goat cheese to parties without constantly being asked where it came from. The pistachio goat cheese mix is truly unique & delicious too. I feel good about supporting a local business AND knowing I'm getting fresh, local, quality food! We have toured the farm & have been welcomed kindly to meet all the animals. The big red barn with the mural is also a joy to drive by!"
