We raise and sell California Red Sheep.

 

Proven Ewes are $400/head, Lambs $250/head. We currently have five ewes and three lambs for sale. We band the boys when they are first born.

PUREBRED MANGALITSA PIGS

Purebred Mangalitsa Pigs grow a thick, curly coat of hair! Known as a prized lard-type pig, they're raised for their well-marbled flavorful meat.  We raise both Mangalitsa and Mangalitsa cross pigs.

 

We currently have a few sows for sale or reserve a piglet for spring 2021! Contact us for pricing.

RABBITS

We raise American Chinchilla and Rex cross rabbits. With the softest fur, they make great pets.

GOATS

Chickens were the first, but goats are the true love of Ray of Sunshine Farm. It all started one fateful day more than ten years ago when (at the urging of some great friends), I drove to the central valley in California and came home with three mixed breed goats, Wonton (momma), Tiffany and Dara in the back of my station wagon.

It’s not really fair for animals to bear the burden of teaching so much, but the handprints on my heart these wonderful creatures have created will last forever.
